视屏出庭告房客
最近用视屏出庭告房客，在此分享一下。
有个房客去年买了自住房要终止跟我们的租房合约，说好3月搬，结果5月底才搬走，欠了我们三个月房租，加上房子搬走后的维修，我们损失近万元，去掉押金，还欠我们七千多块。因为我们查到了他的新地址，就决定去小额法庭告他，当时新冠疫情已经爆发，法庭关门，但可以提起诉讼(file a case)，诉讼状不能象以前一样网上递交，而需要邮寄或直接送到法庭门口的收件箱。我们邮寄诉讼(SC-100)时，有点担心法庭会不会及时处理，结果五天内就收到了法庭回执，安排在半年后开庭。9月份法庭又通知，因为新冠疫情，可交钱视屏或电话出庭，想想视频出庭不用亲自去，立刻就注册了，注册后收到电子邮件，里面有出庭时间及视屏连接等。随后我们又按要求，在开庭至少十天前，将要呈交给法官的证据寄给法庭及被告各一份。
开庭那天，先按要求检查一下电脑的视屏，收听及麦克风是否工作，再点一下email中视屏连接，进入系统。但那天过了开庭时间10分钟才连到法庭(见图)，让我们着急了一下。法庭所有人都戴着口罩，工作人员先核实了姓名，之后法官开始审理案子，被告席上只有被告儿子，法官一说话，被告儿子就请求法官延期审理此案，因为他父亲得了新冠肺炎，病情严重，四天前已住院，用上了呼吸机，随后将医院证明呈给法官，法官当庭念了下诊断，并问了被告儿子是否已通知原告，被告儿子回答说，没有来得及，只是这几天给法院打了3次电话，但没跟给力的人说上话。法官随后说，接规定，被告的情况可以延期，问我们是否同意，得到肯定答复以后，法官要法庭工作人员选定一个重新开庭日期，结果是半年后才能开庭。
新冠疫情给人们带来了生活的不方便，但高科技又改变及克服了这些不便，我们以前每次出庭都象经历了一场战斗，要早早起床，交通堵塞及进法庭排队及检查也耽误大量时间。视频出庭省时，省力，真是太方便了，希望即使疫情过后也能继续使用。

I have a wide foot and they fit well. I use it for working out, yard work and errands. I would not run in this shoe but on a stair master or bike no problem.

I wear size 8 shoe -orderd size 8 -normal width .I m 5'7" -130 lbs . They fit perfect . Little snug at first as are all new shoes . Hope this helps with concerning ordering a size larger issue .

One thing about Nike is their sizes are always really close. Very comfortable shoes. Bought a cheapy pair of shoes in between last Nikes and latest Nikes and it is true that you get what you pay for at least when dealing with Nike.

The shoe material looks fake and doesnamp;apos;t seem to be of good quality. I have ordered these shoes from other stores in the past and these are the cheapest looking ones by far. The shipping took a very long time and the ETA was changed twice on me. It took almost 3 months to get the shoes.
